gd22 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Condition of Consent

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the gd22 platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

1.2 Right to Modify

gd22 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform means you have automatically accepted the updated terms.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of gd22 rules and may result in permanent closure of all accounts.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide the following accurate and up-to-date information:

• Active mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (proving age of 21 or above)
• Current residential address

Providing false information may result in the account and all deposited funds being forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

gd22 may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• Clear copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Recent bank statement or utility bill
• Proof of payment method verification

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered your own. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed during the verification process.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the gd22 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate will apply.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the original bonus amount must be met.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until the bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to use bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• gd22 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus for any reason.

4.3 VIP and Cashback Program

gd22 has three VIP tiers with weekly cashback rates as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Progression to a higher tier is based on player activity. Cashback is calculated within a fixed time window each week.

4.4 Promotional Offer Validity

Each promotional offer has a specific validity period. If wagering requirements are not met within the set period, the bonus will be cancelled. Validity details can be found in the description of the relevant offer.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

gd22 believes in the principle of fair play. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Any form of cheating, manipulation, or use of automated software is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gd22 platform:

• Use of bots, automated software, or scripts
• Collusion or pre-arranged cooperation between multiple players
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Using another person's account or playing on behalf of another person

5.3 Technical Errors

gd22 is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors or disconnections. If an abnormal win is displayed due to a system or software error, gd22 reserves the right to void that transaction.

5.4 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events, the stated odds are final. In the event of a cancelled or postponed event, the bet amount will be refunded or handled in accordance with our sports betting rules.

6.1 Limitation of Liability

gd22 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any financial loss resulting from use of the platform is entirely the user's own responsibility. Gaming is inherently risky and gd22 does not guarantee any specific outcome.

6.2 User Indemnification Obligation

You agree to hold gd22, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from a violation of these terms or improper use of the platform.

6.3 Third-Party Services

gd22 provides services through third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Bank Transfer). gd22 is not fully responsible for the operations or disruptions of these services.

10.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.

10.3 Language

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict in translation or interpretation, the original Bengali text will be considered authoritative.
